Don't like to say I told you so.. However, when I posted about doubting Billy's ability to connect with a girl I was slammed by his fans. Obviously it is because he is fem. The judges confirmed this last night. I mean... hello!

Was it just me or did Jose seem slightly defeated during tonight's results? I hope he's not letting the internet hate get to him, because reagrdless of whether or not people online like or hate him the tv viewers and audience obviously does. He should focus on that.

Melinda going hme was inevitable but still sad. I really felt for her tonight and I wholeheartedly disagreed with the judges that her staying over Cristina was the wrong choice. Melinda had a spark and energy that I unfortunately never got from cristina, and as they both were meh/bad at their solos, that spark set melinda slightly above cristina, who was dull IMO.

Surprised that Adechike seems to be more popular than Robert and maybe Billy. We'll see how well he keeps it up but he seems to be growing i confidence each week. His solo last night was absolutely breathtaking.

VERY excited about next week! FINALLY we get to see the competitors partner up! I think I would like to see:

Ashley/Alex: contemporary
Lauren/Billy: Jazz
Adechike/Kent: contemporary
Robert/Jose: Hip hop

I am excited to see them dance together for me it is what has been missing from the show this season.

Alex's name was called out first... and 2 weeks ago as welll after the hallelujah piece.. does this mean he got the most vote??

Definitely think Alex'got the most votes this week. But now I want to see him tackle something really tricky like disco -- the dance of death. Also want to see Kent doing a street dance -- which I've heard he is really good at. Poor old Billy the judges favourite but not the voters!

I believe that the dance of death you're looking for is the quickstep. People have been safe from the bottom with lackluster disco dances before, and they will again, because the vast majority of voters don't remember disco and think it's hilarious. Quickstep, on the other hand, has the double punch of being very technically difficult and boring as paint drying when done in its traditional form... All of the fun quicksteps the show has ever featured drew heavily on the charleston, the jitterbug, and west coast swing.
